When 皇家华人 employees were asked to share their thoughts for the Climate Survey for Community Colleges and survey submission, here is what they shared:
Many employees claimed the campus’ grounds and buildings as a point of pride, directing gratitude specifically to administrative intent and to the people charged with maintaining grounds and buildings. “The cleanliness of our buildings and no graffiti” is emblematic of many of the observations submitted. One administrator in Student Services even said, “During my employment interview tour, I was amazed to see mowed lawns, trimmed bushes, painted buildings, and nary a cigarette butt in sight during a walk around campus.”
